We have made necessary adjustments to the techniques so that they are just as effective over the phone as in person and for this reason, some of our clients are from overseas and their personal
breakthrough sessions are successfully conducted entirely over the phone. Some just prefer the greater flexibility and privacy that phone consultation offers, while others prefer face-to-face consultation.
Both Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy™ are totally natural scientifically-based techniques that do not involve the client consuming anything. They are verbal techniques founded on the findings of ground-breaking research into language and the human mind conducted at the University of California (Santa Cruz) in the 1970's.

What is NLP?
NLP was developed in the 1970’s by Dr Richard Bandler and Dr John Grinder PhD (assistant professor of linguistics).
Bandler was interested in building an explicit model of how he did Gestalt therapy and approached Grinder who agreed to model him doing Gestalt therapy.
After this, they jointly modelled Virginia Satir (one of the greatest family therapists of her time) and then Dr Milton Erickson (considered the greatest
Hypnotherapist of all time). They refined their model until they could get similar outcomes and then noticed particular
patterns used by the model. Later these patterns where used to create explicit models and their work became the basis for NLP.
Specifically they were interested in being able to duplicate the behaviour and therefore the effectiveness of highly
effective people. What made their research special was their use of technology from linguistics and cognitive science
combined with insights from behavioural psychology, anthropology (namely the work of the anthropologist Gregory Bateson)
and automata theory to unlock the secrets of highly effective communication and behaviour. They developed a structure
and processes for modeling the same level of excellence equally in others.
Hence, the NLP modeling was applied to the business and sales realms leading to today's NLP based sales training models.
NLP explores the relationship between how we think (neuro), how we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programs). What we perceive is our own interpretation of the physical world. It's true and real for us, but this perceived 'reality' is based upon our internal state, our total emotional condition, our knowledge, our values and beliefs, our meta-programs and neurological filters.
NLP offers practical techniques for rapidly changing our internal state and behaviour. It is one of the most important developments in behavioural science.
The field of NLP has significantly advanced since the 1970s. Time-Line Therapy™ being an important development of Dr Everett James in the mid- 1980s utilising Steve Andreas' mental timelines as a foundation.
What is Time Line Therapy?
Throughout history, humans has been aware of the concept of time (the past and the future).
Aristotle was the first to talk about the "stream of time" in his book Physics IV. William James spoke
of the human mind's linear memory storage in 1890. The concept was nearly
forgotten, until it was revived in the 1970's by the developers of NLP (Dr Bandler and Dr Grinder).
In 1985, the creator of
Time Line Therapy™, Everett James, M.S.,
Ph.D., applied a therapeutic process to this concept of the mind's
internal memory storage system (your 'Time Line'). The result was a collection of
techniques which produces long-lasting transformation very
quickly and faster than what was called Brief Therapy. These
powerful techniques are becoming the method of choice
to make fast, effective, long-term changes in behavior.
Your "Time Line" is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the
difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Some of your memories are associated with specific emotions and these associations are managed by your unconscious mind.
Time Line Therapy allows your unconscious mind to re-associate these memories to more positive emotional associations that are beneficial to you.
Behavioral change in an individual occurs at an unconscious level and it usually happens quickly (people don't change their emotional behaviour consciously).
Take the example of a sudden insight or a life-changing event where the way you felt about something permanently changed in just a few minutes. Time Line Therapy™ utilises this natural ability to change our emotional association on memories at will.
The Time Line Therapy™ process allows you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects
of past negative experiences and change "inappropriate" programming
in minutes rather than days, months or years. It is a revolutionary new approach which has become so popular
because of its ability to create quick, long lasting results.
Time-Line Therapy™ is a completely scientifically-based, natural and easy verbal technique that allows anyone:
- To eliminate unresolved negative emotions from the past without having to re-experience that specific negative emotions:
such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, depression, anxiety or conflict.
- To eliminate any beliefs or decisions that were formed in the past that limit you know:
such as 'I can't have a great relationship', 'I'm not good enough' or 'I'll never be able to ...'
- To create your future: so it produces the results you want in your life...
If you have an issue from your past and you do not want to discuss the details of an event then our techniques are perfect since you do not have to mention anything about the event that caused the unresolved emotional issue in order to eliminate it. You just have to specify which emotion you want to eliminate.
The results of Time-Line Therapy™ are astounding. In as little as one hour all negative emotions associated with your entire past are eliminated. Clients usually feel as though an enormous weight has been lifted from their shoulders - that is because it has, emotionally. You will leave feeling more vibrant and much happier, and with your problem resolved. You will still have full recollection of the memories of the past events but with positive emotions or understanding instead of the old negative emotion. It quickly resolves and eliminates unresolved negative emotions without the 'pain' of associating into those negative emotions again in an attempt to resolve them.
Note that you will still be able to fully experience negative emotions in the future and so you should. Experiencing negative emotions as a result of a present event that warrants anger, fear, sadness or grief is totally appropriate as long as that negative emotion is safely expressed and then you let go of it. When you do not let go of past negative emotions, you then have the emotion in the background to deal with as well as what is happening in your present. This background emotion then tends to interfere with how you emotionally respond to situations in your life (both personal and professional) and you use more mental and emotional energy managing it (either consciously or unconsciously).
Our perspective determines how we feel about a situation or ourselves. Time-Line Therapy™ is unique as it rapidly accesses the 'root cause' of any problem, and allows re-assessment from a unique and totally safe perspective - before the event occured. Negative emotions, that were previously associated with the past event, vanish and the learnings required for immediate emotional healing are discovered.
